Shot 3?

 Today, we had to brainstorm about how we can make this introduction creepy without giving it away. We continued in the car and chose a gas station to create suspense and have it be the setting where Shai or Sara gets kidnapped. The shot shows me or "Summer" pulling into the gas station where Shai is in the backseat recording. Making the stop at the gas station, Shai recorded us speaking to "Sara" and saying "stay here" to give that feeling of being excluded, tying into the theme of jealousy. Shai used wide shots to show us going in where it then cuts to her being alone in the car. I then took a video of a van, which has the stereotype of being a kidnappers vehicle. The camera then goes back to Shai or 'Sara' looking anxious and annoyed. However, after there is an OTS showing someone banging on the window in the backseat. Following this shot, it proceeds to be the empty backseat indicating something happened to Sara. We wanted to make it expected of who took her so in the next shot, Summer or Maayan was asked by Lily or Leann where Sara is. Summer was occupied on her phone when Shai then films a close up zoom in of the messages reading "Its done." This already has the audience in suspense of what's coming next! Stay tuned to see how our film goes towards the end!
