Five master edits

• Symbolism: For my symbolism shot, I decided to record one of my friends coming up to a girl with the first thing being said about her hair. In this case, his ex had extremely long hair. At the end of the clip, he exclaims that he can not stop thinking about her. This shows that her hair symbolizes someone he was obsessed with and explains his attraction to her. 
• Leitmotif: To represent leitmotif, I recorded a student who had a serious expression on his face as he rushes to do his work. In the background, there is a sound that is a clock ticking to demonstrate that he is under pressure because the work is due. In the next clip, he is talking to his friend getting distracted which then follows up again with the clock sound. This indicated that he has realized that he is under a deadline that must be met within the class period. He begins to go back to work. 
• Simultaneity: This simultaneity shot shows two girls going to the bathroom at the same time. However, they do not know they are both going. In the end of the shot, they realize they were at the same bathroom during the same time and they say hello. 
• Parallelism: In this shot, to show parallelism I walked into the door while another person followed up walking out the door. This showed parallelism because it was a different day during different time but the same occurrence.
• Contrast: For contrast, I had one kid to exclaim that the weather is nice and it is a good day. It then fades into a shot displaying bad weather with a girl stating that it is a bad day and it looks like it will rain. This shows contrast because it is the complete opposite events.
